  1.25 oz Quality Gin .5 oz Carpano Antica .5 oz Pama Pomegranate Liqueur .25 oz Campari .5 oz fresh lime juice .25 – .5 oz 1:1 simple syrup (to taste) 1 tbsp fresh pomegranate seeds 2-3 oz with “Old Thyme” Ginger Beer (to taste) Muddle seeds with lime juice and syrup. 2 Parts Maker’s Mark 1 Part Lillet Rose 1/2 Part Antica Formula Vermouth Fresh apricots 1/4 Part honey syrup 1/4 Part lemon juice Dash Angostura Bitters  Muddle apricots with honey. 1 part Grey Goose Cherry Noir 1/2 part Cherry Brandy 1/2 part Carpano Antica 1 part lime juice 1/2 part Maple Syrup 2 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters Rosemary Sprig Put rosemary and lime juice into shaker and muddle 8-10 times.
