Grazia spent almost a year working in Tales and Spirits of Amsterdam, one of the Worlds 50 Best Bars. This is an important period of her professional and personal growth, which lead to, in May 2015, a win of the title of Modern Mixing Champion 2015 for Strega liqueur. After finishing her small adventure in the Netherlands she returned to Italy to join Jimmy Bertazzoli’s new project “Aguardiente” in Marina Di Ravenna as Head Bartender.

Today she is based in Sydney, at the Lobo Plantation, number 94 of the World Best Bar, and best rum bar of Sydney, and she’s in contact with different global bar personalities and different projects, always looking for the next place to discover something new and develop herself further.
Grazia is a bold & straightforward bartender, with a love for discovery, able to listen and learn from those who surround her. She is not a book worm able to sit for hours behind bartending novels, she is in love with bartending in its essence, it’s creativity because it also allows her to train those basic “instincts” every day.

The guest is the most precious thing we have, we should really learn to listen to what he asks us, putting aside our egos. The guests every wish should not be an order, but if possible, our pleasure.
