Sloe Ferrand Sour, classic ingredients, simple application

1.5 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
.75 oz Hayman Sloe Gin
1 egg white
1/2 lemon
1/2 oz honey water (1:1)
3 dashes Extinct Chemical Company Acid Phosphate
4 drops Herbsainte
1 Angostura Orange Bitter infused ice cube

Add ingredients to Boston shaker, add egg last. Dry shake, wet shake and strain into chilled martini glass, drop herbsainte. Add cube.
