3 parts Wiser’s Spiced Whiskey

2 parts Pernod Pastis

5 parts Fentimans Dandelion and Burdock Tonic

1/2 part Maple Syrup

2 lemon wedges

4 pressed green cardamom pods.

1 Dried Pear Chip

Muddle lemon, syrup and cardamom in mixing glass. Add spirits and shake over ice. Double strain into collins glass filled with ice. Add tonic and garnish with dried pear chip
