“The Puck Drop”


4 parts Jameson Irish Whiskey

2 part Apricot Brandy

2 part Maple syrup

2 parts Pineapple juice

In a shot glass, fill with Jameson and sprinkle pinch of marash chili

glass 2: Apricot Brandy, Maple syrup are ingredients in a basic spherification using Calcium lactate, dropped into a Sodium Alginate bath.  Once sphere is set, drop into second glass using a slotted spoon.  Shake pineapple juice till frothy and layer ontop of sphere. The purpose of the pineapple is to lubricate the sphere out of the glass.  Take the Whiskey first, then chase with the sphere.
