“Red Bird”

3 parts Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
1 part Aperol (thai chili infused)
5 parts Pineapple Juice
1 part Cranberry Juice
1 part Simple Syrup (1:1)
3 Lime Wedges
Ground Cinnamon

On a plate coat 3 lime wedges with 151 rum and light…(CAREFUL!) once burning, coat with cinnamon. When alcohol has extinguished, muddle the limes with simple syrup, add spirits, shake over ice, strain into snifter 1/2 full of ice.
