“Winter Wind”


2 1/2 parts Bombay Sapphire gin
3/4 part Green Chartreuse
2 parts apple cider
1 tsp ginger marmalade
1 part fresh lime juice
1 part maple syrup
1 part ginger beer
1 dried fig

Cut dried fig, add water and muddle with ginger marmalade. Add rest of ingredients, except ginger beer. Shake and double strain. Pour into cocktail glass and top with ginger beer
