“Morello Cherry Sour”

3 parts Maker’s Mark Bourbon

3 parts egg white

3 parts muddled morello cherry

1 part simple syrup

Seperate egg white then add simple syrup and dash of black walnut bitters.  Muddle cherries, squeeze lime wedge and add bourbon.  Shake till frothy, double strain into rocks glass with ice
