2 Parts Grey Goose Le Poire
2 Parts unsweetened camomile tea
Fresh egg white
Dash lemon juice
Dash honey syrup

Combine all ingredients in shaker and dry shake to emulsify egg white. Add ice and shake, double strain into chilled cocktail glass.
