2 parts Belvedere Orange
1 part Cinzano Bianco
1 part honey syrup
2 lemon wedges
4 dashes Victoria twisted orange bitters
1/2 rosemary sprig
4 parts Fentimans tonic
Lightly smash rosemary spring in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add rest of ingredients excluding tonic, and vigorously shake with ice. Fine strain into a chilled Collins over fresh rocks, and garnish with a rosemary spring.
*Behind the bar – whip the rosemary garnish lightly against the cutting board to release aromatics.
